Work on the Training Section of the website

Just a note to say that the training section of the website is being updated. We’re extending it so that there’s lots more information for you to have a look at. It takes some time to put it all up and get the links working but it should all be complete by Monday 5 January. Apologies for any inconvenience!

Game Changers launch

Albion in the Community is working with Coastal West Sussex Mind on a new anti-stigma project:

Game Changers West Sussex is a lively interactive workshop, written and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health issues, which encourages the audience to think about their own mental wellbeing and talk openly about an issue which affects us all.

The workshop includes games, quizzes, personal testimony and group work. The lively, sporty approach makes it suitable for any audience including community groups, workplaces and sports teams.

The programme is being run through a partnership between Coastal West Sussex Mind and Albion in the Community and has been started with funding which has been raised in memory of Ryan Chapman.

The launch of this new programme will take place on Thursday 22 January from 6 to 8.30 at the Gateway, 8-10 Durrington Lane, Worthing. We would really like you to come to the launch so you can find out about what it will do and how you may be able to support this important work. If you would like the Game Changers West Sussex to offer their unique workshop to your group free of charge, please contact: Caroline Orsola, Mental Health Project Coordinator on:
