We are a local mental health charity providing help and support to local people and their families in Shoreham, Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Midhurst and Chichester.
Respecting the needs and rights of individuals to have control of their lives, we aim to empower people with mental health needs to be as independent as possible and help them to benefit from optimum support and activities in their community
We offer help to people on their road to recovery and support them to lead a fulfilling life within their community. People are offered help and advice on:
- Improving their physical health and mental wellbeing
- Strengthening their self-esteem and self-confidence.
- Building strong relationships with family, friends and communities
- Learning new skills and ways of solving problems
- Getting into education, training and work
- Achieving their personal and social goals
We work hard to tackle the stigma and discrimination which continue to affect the lives of people with mental health problems. We believe that by challenging destructive prejudice, we can help to improve the experience of people with mental health problems in their local communities.
